You attack using dexterity with a one handed weapon you are proficient with.
Prerequisite: Dex 16, Weapon proficiency with a one handed weapon, BAB +4.
Benefit: With a one handed weapon made for a creature of your size category, you may add your Dexterity modifier instead of Strength modifier to your attack rolls. If you carry a shield, it's armor check penalty applies to your attack roll.
Normal: You can only attack using your Strength modifier on most melee weapons.
Special: A fighter may select Dexterous Fighting as one of his fighter bonus feats. Also any feat that requires Weapon Finesse may be taken if you have this feat.
