To Develop: 711,000 gp; 14 days; 28,440 XP; Seed: Heal (DC 25). Factors: cure permanent ability damage (+6 DC), remove negative levels suffered up to one year ago (ad hoc +66 DC).

This spell wipes away all disease and injury, blindness, deafness, poisons, nausea, temporary and permanent ability damage and ability drain, mind-affecting effects, adverse conditions such as stun, daze and paralysis, and any effects that penalize the target creature's ability score (such as fatigue and exhaustion). It wipes away all negative levels suffered by the target within the last year. The spell works oppositely on undead, causing the loss of all but 1d4 hit points if the undead fails a Fortitude saving throw
