Coat Rack of Mending: This exquisitely carved and decorated darkwood coat rack completely repairs any non-magical clothing hung on it for a 4 hour period.

Faint transmutation; CL 1st; Craft Wondrous Item, Mending; Price: 1,000 gp; Price to Create: 500 gp, 20 xp, 1 Day

Variations

Armored: This variation imbues regular non-magical clothing with a small amount of damage reduction (DR 1/-) for a 24 hour period if the clothing has been hung on it for at least a 4 hour period. This variation is popular with steadholders and frontiersmen who spend their time out in dangerous territory.

Alter Self: This variation allows the wearer of an article of clothing hung on the rack for at least 4 hours to use alter self within 8 hours of removing and wearing the clothing from the rack. The alteration lasts for 8 hours after removal from the rack, whether it is used or not.

Warmth and Cool: These variations allow the wearer to ignore non-magical cold or non-magical heat (to 125 degrees fahrenheit) for eight hours after removal from hanging on the rack for at least four hours.
