In this form, the target gains vulnerability 5 to fire, but besides this and the change in its appearance, all of the targets other stats stay the same. | |
| Secondary Target: Each creature in a burst 2 centered on the primary target. | |
| Secondary Attack: Charisma Vs. Reflex. | |
| Hit: Fire damage equal to your Charisma modifier. | |
