Casting time:	1 standard action
Range:	Personal
Target:	You
Duration:	instantaneous

This spell has an effective level two levels higher than what it was cast at. This spell does not repeat when cast in a Chain.

So if this spell was cast as a level 9 spell, it counts as a level 11 casting (which will affect previously chained spells).
