Prerequisite: Cha 20+
Summary: You are too charming for your own good and people overly hate you for it.
Effect: Whenever a character interacts with an NPC and the NPC can see the character's face while being interacted with, the NPC must make a Will Save (10 + 1/2 Character Level + Character Cha Modifier). If the NPC fails the Will Save, the NPC automatically shows hostility and resentment rather than friendship (automatically Hostile).
Benefit: Bonus Feat
