Bluffing through the darkness [General, Speech, Fighter][edit]

You have a lightning tongue that most can't catch.
Prerequisite: 18 Charisma, 4 ranks in Bluff, Handle Animal, and Intimidate.
Benefit: You can make any Charisma based rolls with an additional modifier.
Normal: Before combat you may add your Charisma modifier to your rolls, up to 30. Your opponent must make a will saving throw of 30 + Charisma modifier - your bonus modifier, or they will not notice you are fooling them.
Special: If your opponent succeeds, they will see through your deception. They gain an attack of opportunity, and can not be bluffed/intimidated/diplomicized with for 1d10 turns
