Blind (3.5e Flaw)
From D&D Wiki
(Redirected from Blind (DnD Flaw))
[edit] Blind
You are blind.
Prerequisite: Your race must have functional eyes.
Drawback: All checks and activities that rely on vision (such as reading and Spot checks) automatically fail. All opponents are considered to have total concealment (50% miss chance) to the character.
Benefit: Two Bonus Feats
Special: Listen replaces spot as a class skill. This counts as two flaws. The character's blindness cannot be fixed anything. The DM should only allow magic to restore it if there is penalty for it, such as losing feats or acquiring new flaws.
Roleplaying Ideas: Was the character's sight lost for some reason after birth (possibly during game-play), or was the character born without it? Are the characters eyes actually missing, or are they still there stare out blankly?
