| You raise your hand to block out the sun, and squeeze it shut. As you do, darkness falls over the battlefield, and your enemies are struck by terror at this inauspicious event. | |

| Effect: This power creates a zone encompassing all squares within range that lasts until the end of your next turn. All allies within the zone have concealment. All enemies take a penalty to all defenses while within this zone equal to your Charisma modifier, and a penalty to all saving throws equal to half your Charisma modifier (round down). | |
