Beetlemen[edit]

Rot scarab swarms come together to form a beetleman. Looking just like an human.

Racial Traits
Average Height: 4'9" - 6'1"
Average Weight: 90 - 150 lbs.
Ability Scores: +2 Constitution, +2 Intelligence
Size: Medium
Speed: 6 squares
Vision: Darkvision
Languages: Common
Skill Bonuses: +2 Arcana, +2 Endurance
Many Minds: If you are dazed, dominated, stunned or unconscious you may make a saving throw at the beginning of your turn to end that condition.
True Form: You can use true form as an Encounter power
Amongst Them: You gain a +5 to Bluff checks made to pass yourself off as human (whilst not in true form).
Shadow Origin: You are comprised of small beasts that have emerged from the shadow realm. You are considered a shadow creature for the purpose of effects related to creature origin.


True Form Beetleman Racial Power
Unable to hold your humanoid form any longer, you disintegrate into beetles before everybody's eyes.
Encounter
Minor Action Personal
Requirement: You must be bloodied.
Effect: Until the end of the encounter, or until you end the effect with a minor action, you become a rot scarab swarm. Whilst in this form you cannot use weapons or implements (although you may still make attacks). You speed becomes 8. You take half damage from melee or ranged attacks, and are immune to forced movement from melee or ranged attacks. You gain vulnerable 5 to area and burst attacks. You can move through an enemy's space without provoking opportunity attacks. An enemy can enter your square but this is considered to be difficult terrain and provokes an opportunity attack from you. You can squeeze through any opening 2 inches small.


Formed from swarms of rot scarabs, these shadow creatures wear a facade of humanity.

Beetlemen imitate the physical form of humans perfectly, albeit with an oddly blank expression.
