The Ballisteer is the master of throwing things. Anything. A Ballisteer can put a psionic charge of energy into anything he touches. The charge will explode on contact.
[edit] Making a Ballisteer
Abilities: Int determines a ballisteers power points and armor. Dex gives a ballisteer additionally armor and chance to hit with anything thrown, as they are touch attacks. Con determines how much life a ballister has. Str, Wis, and Cha are not as powerful as other stats for this class.
Races: Any race can be a ballisteer. Psionically inclined races tend to have an advantage with base power points.
Alignment: A ballisteer can be any alignment, as long as they are some form of chaotic. Chaos spontaneity play a big role in teh life of a ballisteer.
Starting Gold: As Rogue.
Starting Age: As Rogue.

Weapon and Armor Proficiency: A Ballisteer is proficient in simple weapons and light armors but no shields.
Power Points/Day: A Ballisteer’s ability to manifest powers is limited by the power points he has available. His base daily allotment of power points is given on Table: Ballisteer. In addition, he receives bonus power points per day if he has a high Int score (see Table: Ability Modifiers and Bonus Power Points). His race may also provide bonus power points per day, as may certain feats and items.
Powers: Ballisteer learn powers from the Lurk Powers List in the Complete Psionic Handbook. To learn or manifest a power, a Ballisteer must have an Int score of at least 10 + the power’s level.

Psionic Burst (Ps): Any time a Ballisteer is Psionically focused, he can charge anything he throws with psionic energy. This ability adds 1d4 per Ballisteer level in damage to the thrown weapon. You may not do more dice than amount of power points in reserve. For instance, a level 10 ballisteer may add 10d4 to a thrown weapon, but only assuming he has at least 10 points in his power point pool. Using this ability does not expend any power points or your psionic focus, but it does rely on both. This ability is a ranged touch attack.
Throw Anything: A Ballisteer can throw anything, as if it were a ranged thrown weapon. This includes any weapon he is proficent in, barstools, chickens, coins, or anything else that can be thrown. He is considered profeicnet in the item being thrown, and it does damage based on its size. Small items, like a dagger, or coin, deal 1d4 damage. Medium items, like a longsword, or table leg, deal 1d6. Large items, such as a table, or smaller humanoid, deal 1d8. This gives all items a range increment of 10 feet.
Wild Talent: A Ballisteer gets Wild Talent as a bonus feat.
Proficient Throw: A Ballisteer gets a + 1 Bonus to damage rolls and attack rolls with anything he throws. This bonus increases every 4 levels, for a +5 bonus at level 20.
Long Toss: A Ballisteer can use his throw anything feat for a distance of up to 20 feet. This bonus increases by 10 feet every 3 levels.
