Armor Lock (D20 Modern Equipment)

"Become invincible, but immobile. While you're locked down, Elites can't touch you"
When this is activated the user crouches down to the ground, and takes no damage of any sort, except for falling damage. The user cannot be killed for the duration of the effect. Essentially, the user becomes invincible. When the user comes out of the effect, the energy used to maintain the invincibility bursts outward, immediately disabling any energy shielding in the nearby vicinity for a few seconds.
Armor Lock has it's own power source. The user can use this ability for 2 consecutive or non-consecutive rounds without requiring time to recharge.
Armor Lock has a purchase DC of 35, with a restriction of Mil (+3).
