| Hit: 2d6 + Wisdom modifier cold damage, and the target is either immobilized or recieves a -2 penalty to attack rolls and any check requiring the use of their hands (save ends). | |
| Water Preferrence: The target receives a penalty to attack rolls equal to 1 + your intelligence modifier (if you gave it a penalty to attack rolls and checks). Or a penalty to AC and Reflex equal to your Intelligence modifier (if you immobilized the target). | |
