Arachnophilia[edit]

You really like spiders.
Prerequisite: Cannot have Arachnophobic
Effect: A character with this flaw must make a Will Save (DC15+HD) when they see any creature who's description or name includes spider or arachnid. If the save fails, the character must use all available actions to move towards the creature in the most direct manner, stopping short of entering its threat range or one move action (whichever is greater) and become Fascinated for 1d4 rounds. If the character is interrupted before completing the determined time period, the character is shaken for the remaining time.

If the character goes three days without seeing a Spider (as described above), they must make a daily Will Save (DC20+HD) until one is seen, or suffer temporary, cumulative -1 penalties to wisdom and intelligence scores, and concentration checks due to distraction. Once a spider is seen after taking a penalty, the character must study it for 1d6 rounds to remove all temporary penalties related to this flaw. If the character is interrupted before completing the determined time period, the character is shaken for the remaining time but penalties are still removed.
Benefit: Character may take a bonus feat.
