Ao’s Heart (5e Equipment)

Wondrous Item (Orb), artifact (requires attunement by a spellcaster)

A mythical relic of Ao’s heart. It looks like a pulsating heart of obsidian and can be used to commune with the overgod. The heart gives it’s attuned advantage on all wisdom and intelligence saves and checks. The heart is also a component in the END spell.
Destroying the Ao’s Heart. If Ao is killed then the heart disintegrates. Works vice versa if the right weapon is used.
