Anyone feel like finishing the Arcane Pyrotechnician?

Basically I have an upcoming DnD game and I was wondering if anyone would mind finishing up this class? It's a really great concept and I'd like to use it. But the spell list is lacking and I doubt my DM will give the go-ahead the way it looks now.
