All-In-One Party (3.5e Optimized Character Build)

[edit] Introduction
This is a build I put together after seeing a few over-powered casters and putting them together. It does pretty much everything at least as well as anyone else
Note: 3rd-level arcane spellcasting relies on Heighten Spell and Sanctum Spell: “Unlike other metamagic feats, Heighten Spell actually increases the effective level of the spell that it modifies.” It is assumed that i.e. a cause fear heightened to 3rd level is a 3rd-level spell for the purpose of qualifying.
Note: Speak language druidic is not available through mechanics. A roleplay way, like finding a wizard with permament tongues or coercing a druid is assumed.
Note: Substantial skill ranks are required.

[edit] Items
Weapons: Any kind of weapon really. There are different ways you could focus the character as far as attacking goes and any of them would work out pretty well in the end.
Armor: Light armor only since you have no arcane spell failure chance from Sublime Chord if you are in only light armor.
Misc: You want Wis +6 and Cha +6 by the end of this. Other than that, probably some things to boost AC as much as you can.

[edit] Highlights
This build uses Fochlucan Lyrist's +1 to divine and arcane casting classes on Ur-Priest and Sublime Chord; both of which are very fast progression casters. This gives me level 9 divine and arcane spells (as a 15th level caster for both), and a 4 attack full round, and every skill as a class skill, and a little bit of sneak attack damage all at level 20.
[edit] Limitations
I cant think of anything off the top of my head. I mean the Fort Save isn't huge, but it isn't that bad either. Outside of sanctum caster level is 14
