Grants access to another Mark of Improvement to the Fabled Hero
Prerequisite: Fabled Hero level 12
Benefit: The Fabled Hero is able to choose another Mark of Improvement to augment his or her abilities. Any mark of improvement can be chosen.
Normal: The Fabled Hero only gains one mark of improvement.
