Weapon (warhammer), legendary (requires attunement by orc/half orc)

This warhammer has a head in the form of a silver comet wrought of pure adamantine and connected to a shaft of fine carved ebony. When attuned to a creature, a 120ft spectral chain and shackle appears connecting the handle of the weapon to the attuned creature's wrist. This chain can only be severed by unattuning to the weapon or through a wish spell and only the attuned may make contact with it. You have a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls with this magic weapon. The weapon has a thrown range of 60/120ft, deals an extra 2d8 damage to objects, and deals an extra 3d8 bludgeoning damage against creatures of celestial type.

Returning. While within 120 feet of the user and not in their hand, the warhammer's chain can be pulled as a bonus action and causes the weapon to teleport back into your open hand.

Lost Bond. When you lose attunement to this weapon either by dying and resurrecting, by being more than 100ft away from the item for 24 hours, or by having the arm that has the shackle amputated above the wrist, you may never bond with the same Adamantine Meteor again. An intense longing is forced upon the recently unattuned. They feel that with the loss of the hammer came a loss of a piece of themselves that they can never get back or replace.
