Active Camouflage (D20 Modern Equipment)

The Active Camo armor ability provides the player the ability to have active camouflage for a period of time. This ability functions for all intents and purposes like the Invisibility Spell, with the following exceptions:
- When the user is moving at faster than half speed, the hide bonus is reduced to +10.
- If the user is at greater than half speed, the bonus is reduced to +5.
Active Camo has it's own power source. The user can use this ability for 20 consecutive or non-consecutive rounds without requiring time to recharge. If the user moves, the round that they move instead consumes two rounds of use. Taking damage from any source temporarily reveals the user, but does not consume extra power.
Active Camo has a purchase DC of 30, with a restriction of Mil (+3)
